Currently working in film-making and magazine-writing, Andrew has extensive previous experience in the culinary world, having run his own kitchen, and working as part of a Michelin-star team, on occasion creating dishes for the stars. He has worked in various establishments, both in London and Vienna, and now enjoys creating dishes for friends and family, and the occasional privately catered event.
“Shakespeare wrote if “music be the food of love...” but for me food is all about love” and for Stephen what makes the difference between an alright dish and one that makes people want to lick their plates is how much love went into the preparation of it. You can expect to learn all about how to make a dish that looks as beautiful as it tastes, and about creating food that is a work of art for all five senses.
What you will take away from the class: The ability to show people how much you love and care about them through how carefully you imagine your dishes, how much you enjoy sourcing and selecting your ingredients, the time you take to prepare and cook them, and how your vision comes together on the plate
Type of cuisine: A range, including French, Austrian, Italian, Chinese, Japanese, Thai, Indian, and English
Favourite dish: A perfect croissant for breakfast
