What to look forward to in 2017!

Three days until Christmas! First and most exciting, InspiringChefs founder Carine is on TV! For anyone who didn’t catch Kirstie’s Homemade Christmas on Channel Four yesterday, our very own Carine was on, along with three other inspiring ladies, all of whom were cooking Christmas food that was…a little different! Nigerian Dari, Armenian Natalie, and Roni from the Philippines are all passionate cooks, based in the UK but with very different styles of cooking! Each of them is on a mission to bring their cuisine and culture to the mainstream culinary scene so they are teaming up with Carine to host “Chefs Crossing Continents” - a gastronomic extravaganza.

The event will involve a 12-course tasting menu, with three courses being cooked by each chef in their distinctive style. With music and fabulous décor, the evening will take you on a culinary journey to each of these countries so check it out here and keep an eye on our social media for more details.

InspiringChefs is also launching another amazing collaboration with Eat Off the Menu. This exciting new brand works with some of London and Luxembourg’s finest restaurants, creating secret dishes which are “off the menu” and only accessible to members of the platform. EOTM and InspiringChefs are coming together to merge the exclusivity and excitement of EOTM with the culture, tradition, and passion of our InspiringChefs. Events will be held monthly, kicking off in January, and every month will feature a different cuisine starting, of course, with Cameroon! We don’t want to give away too much, but we can tell you that we will be examining Cameroonian food from every angle – authentic, traditional, modern, fusion – expect any or all of these. An immersive experience which is bound to surprise and delight – get excited.

We will also be adding to our InspiringChefs services – expect new experiences, new classes, and brand new chefs as well as our new fridge-stocking service! Love trying authentic, home-cooked food made with love but always too busy to make it yourself?
