Professionally-trained Bobby first got a taste for cooking from his dad. A fantastic cook, and generally great man, Bobby’s dad inspired him to go out and pursue his love of food, which he did with a 2-year professional chef diploma course at Westminster Kingsway, and a 3-year stint at the Berkley Hotel under the legendary Pierre Koffman.
Now he wants to bring that passion and expertise to you, driven by his desire to teach others about the importance of food and the extraction of flavours, and to show you that anyone can cook, with a little help and a lot of determination.
