Barrie started cooking traditional authentic food at the age of 10 and hasn't stopped since! Inspired and trained by his mother and grandmother, he has a deep love of Barbadian food which he looks forward to sharing with his students. Through his classes, he wants to promote an interest in Bajan food and to help people recognise the diversity of Caribbean food and learn to distinguish between the various cuisines.
What would you take away from the class? He will be satisfied if his students leave with a really great recipe for an authentic Bajan dish and the ability to execute it properly.
