Meet Delia & Luca

 

A deep love for their home land of Sardinia is what Delia and Luca are most proud of. They want to share this with their guests, to fill them with the knowledge and culture of this homeland.

This dynamic duo spent their early years exploring the London culinary scene, through many types of events and they have been established professionally in the industry for 3 years now.

Fun Fact - Sardinia is part of the "bluezone". This means that the country has one of the highest percentages of centenarians in the world - and part of this is down to what they eat there.

Sardinia is one of the biggest islands in the Mediterranean, meaning it is enriched with a diversity of regional dishes which our pair can't wait to teach and share with you through their classes. 

Inspired by "Granma", one of their founded memories must be "playing in the street as a child and my granma used to call me for lunch. I always felt very happy because something good was about to come."

 

What would you take away from the class? Their passion for cooking, and the ability to cook healthy, authentic Sardinian food.
