Ebenezer's great inspiration in cooking is Gordon Ramsay, and he has had a successful career in the culinary world himself. With a qualification in professional catering, Ebenezer has worked in a range of establishments, including gastro pubs and restaurants. He currently works with a range of street food companies and innovative restaurants, including Bao London, Gourmet Goat, and Mother Clucker.
With one of his fondest memories being of eating freshly made ofada rice back home in Nigeria, Ebenezer's cooking is centred on cultural fusion of different techniques, ingredients, and tastes. He likes to create food that both tastes, and looks good.
