Jess is a home-cook who has spent her time living and working abroad, cooking wherever she goes and learning all the time.
This love of food from all over the world was initially sparked upon a move to East London, where she discovered a multitude of colourful cuisines and cooking styles. A hostess with the mostess, Jess loves throwing dinner parties and cooking for people and this new passion for international cuisine led naturally into a desire to try out these new dishes for her friends.
