Marco has been cooking professionally for more than 15 years and has a wealth of experience in the world of catering. During his career, he has worked in different types of kitchens all over Europe, from Italy through Germany to the United Kingdom.
Born in Palermo, Marco learned from the best - his Mum! He moved to Germany aged 19 after finishing his Catering Studies, where he worked as a Commis Chef and has worked ever since on honing his style of cooking, which focuses on flavour.
A desire to further his career brought him to Edinburgh where worked at Est Est Est Restaurant and Cafe Marlayne.
Marco now cooks privately which gives him the opportunity to bring his culinary expertise into the homes of others. He believes that everyone should be able to afford the experience of a beautifully-cooked meal at home.
