Pastry is a often a child's favourite bit of the kitchen... Most just love eating it, but there are some who curious about the baking process itself. This is where Helly started. Inspired by her mother and sister she started at a very young age by cooking a solitary cupcake over a lightbulb in her "clevercook" and hasn't stopped since. She trained and worked in some of the world's finest kitchens, including L'autre Pied, The Wolseley, The Savoy, and Good and Proper tea, to name but a few. Thrilled to join our growing list of Chefs, she loves the idea of sharing her skills with others and showing her students that pastry in particular is not as hard as they might think. Helly describes her style as playful, yet elegant. We believe she is one to watch.
