Join me in my home for a hands-on cooking class. I will teach you to cook with rare, little-known ingredients such as Cocoyams and bitterleaf.

As we cook, we will walk through the cultural origins and meanings behind the ingredients and the dishes we make together. I look forward to sharing some nibbles and my unique Cameroonian sauces with you through the lesson.

 

Starter:

Cassava & Banana puffpuff (Vegan)

Corn puff puff (Vegan)

Main:

Ndole (Bitterleaf with Peanuts and prawn)

Spicy Steamed fish in leaf.

Side dishes:

Fried plantain; Cassava (Vegan)
