You’ll join me at the local brewery in Brixton for a hands-on cooking class using  little-known ingredients, such as cassava, cocoyams or bitterleaf. As we cook, we’ll walk through the cultural origins and meanings behind the dishes we make together. I look forward to sharing some nibbles and my unique Cameroonian sauces with you throughout the lesson. 

There would be enough food for you to nibble on throughout the cooking class and more so for you to bring back home and try with your love ones.
