Sarah learnt her passion and love for cooking through her grandfather, who was a professional chef. It was this that inspired her to go to catering college, beginning her 18-year long career as a pastry chef. She has worked in some of the finest establishments in London and is currently an executive pastry chef at Hotel Cafe Royal.
With a passion for encouraging young pastry chefs to get into the trade, Sarah is involved with various chef charity projects and student work placement schemes. She aims to produce unique patisserie that customers will always remember, and in her classes she will inspire you and teach you some of the skills necessary for creating truly beautiful patisserie and chocolates.
